So live as if you were living already for the second time and as if you had acted the first time as wrongly as you are about to act now!

— Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning

My Story

In my early 20s, I found myself at a personal crossroads — unsure of what direction to take, feeling both the excitement and fear of possibility. That experience shaped me. It taught me how deeply we can struggle with meaning, purpose, and the weight of choice.

Those early anxieties sparked my passion for mental health, and today, I help others face their own crossroads with clarity and courage. I’m inspired by the wisdom clients bring into the room and by the progress they make as they rebuild — or build for the first time — a life that feels more like their own.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors or exploring something new. I love riding motorcycles, traveling, camping, hiking, reading, and having meaningful conversations. These experiences — the quiet moments in nature, the thrill of discovery, and the pursuit of new ideas — reflect my core values: curiosity, truth‑seeking, love, friendship, family, all forms of beauty, and lifelong learning.

Specialties

I’m a mental health therapist who works primarily with adult men and adolescents navigating life’s crossroads — those pivotal moments that can feel equal parts exciting and overwhelming. My approach is direct, curious, and collaborative. I don’t sit back silently; I engage with you, ask meaningful questions, and help you look at your life from angles you may not have considered before.

Clients often tell me they feel understood in our work together, and more than once, a session has included moments of genuine humor. Therapy can be serious, but it can also be human — and sometimes being human means laughing together as much as reflecting deeply.

Approach

I draw from Cognitive behavior therapy, person‑centered therapy, and existential perspectives, blending practical tools with deeper exploration.

  • CBT helps us identify and reshape the thought patterns contributing to anxiety, stress, or depression.
  • Person‑centered therapy ensures you’re met with empathy, respect, and autonomy.
  • Existential work allows us to explore meaning, purpose, identity, and the choices that shape your life.
  • Solution‑Focused Approaches — highlighting what’s already working, clarifying your preferred future, and building small, meaningful steps toward it.

Together, we look at where you are, how you got here, and where you genuinely want to go — not where you think you “should” be.
